Superfast broadband for Hereford and Gloucestershire
Following on from a competitive pitching process involving national agencies; Creative Edge were awarded the contract to deliver the first Fastershire website to launch this broadband initiative for BT in parternship with Gloucestershire and Herefordshire County Councils in early 2014.
Phase 2 of the project followed in mid 2016 which is working towards delivering access to fibre broadband to all areas by 2018.
We were again commissioned to refresh the website to promote the service, generate more registrations and increase project awareness.
The website serves as a portal for all information relating to the Fastershire Broadband roll our programme.
The site has been widely admired by other Broadband areas for the way it engages the customer and allows them to find the required information as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Furthermore the site is personalised and adapts to the returning user by storing the users information.
