The car hire industry is now shifting to provide mobility solutions rather than car rentals due to the advances in technology and the internet of things. Users can now book their car via the app rather than queue at a check in desk when in a hurry. Avis are leading the way with this new shift on a global level.
Before joining Creative Edge in 2016, our creative director John Lowdon worked in-house as UX Design manager at Avis Budget Group, working on digital experience across both AVIS and Budget brands. Since then Creative Edge have worked with AVIS in providing some innovative design concepts for the AVIS EMEA website and continue to provide UX and UI solutions.
