Best Days Out Cornwall

Search for the perfect visitor destination

Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions was established over forty years ago and represents the highest quality tourist attractions in the county. With 42 member attractions – from theme parks to wildlife conservation, from art galleries and museums to stately homes and castles – when holidaymakers visit a CATA attraction, they can be assured of a brilliant day out in our beautiful county.

Working under the brand name Best Days Out Cornwall, CATA has four main aims – to provide a high profile marketing platform for their attractions, to ensure a high quality of visitor experience, to represent the voice of the tourist attractions in Cornwall and to manage their reputation through effective public relations and collaborative partnerships.

Their members include Eden Project, Tate St Ives and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Creative Edge have worked with CATA for many years, building the Best Days Out webite and producing the annual Best Days Out guide, which now has an annual circulation of 1.2m copies. In the past, we have also produced the Cornwall map for the Association.

"CATA have been happy to work in partnership with Vitamin Cornwall (Creative Edge) for many years, and we are excited to continue our relationship with them as our Association moves forward through a period of change and development. Vitamin Cornwall (Creative Edge) have shown great understanding of the needs of CATA and the requirements we have as an Association, and have worked closely with us to meet our goals. They have come up with some great ideas for our latest brochure, and we are discussing lots of changes to our digital channels which will greatly enhance the marketing of Best Days Out Cornwall."
