National Smart Card Project

We were commissioned by Chester City Council to develop the marketing elements of the National Smartcard Project, a project led by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and delivered by a consortium of local councils; Chester City Council were delighted with the work we produced and subsequently asked us to work on the marketing strategy and advertising campaign for Charisma, the city's own loyalty card in conjunction with local company Brand Innovation.
